Project Study and Feasibility:
In this initial phase, we conduct an in-depth meeting with the client and/or designer to fully understand their needs. Through a detailed analysis, we assess the project’s feasibility and required timelines, outlining a clear and customized roadmap.
Interior Design:
The development of the interior design project is the heart of our work. Through close internal collaboration, we identify the various types of furnishings needed to fulfill the client’s vision. This phase results in aesthetic and functional proposals that reflect the project’s unique identity.
Site Surveys and Technical Drawings:
Following the design phase, our team conducts precise site surveys and produces detailed technical drawings. These documents are shared with all involved contractors (installers, lighting designers, etc.) to ensure a clear and unified understanding of the project.
Engineering and Custom Product Manufacturing:
For custom-made furniture supplies, we move into the engineering phase. Here, we translate the design into tangible products, planning and initiating production. Italian craftsmanship merges with modern technologies to ensure flawless results.
Logistics:
Logistics management is crucial to the success of the project. We carefully plan transportation and on-site logistics, coordinating arrivals, unloading, distribution, and the disposal of waste materials. Precision at this stage contributes significantly to the overall timeliness of the project.
Installation, Setup, and Testing:
The final phase involves the installation and setup of the furnishings, coordinated by specialized teams. We carry out site inspections to monitor work progress and organize on-site meetings to update the project timeline. Final testing ensures that every detail meets the client’s expectations.
